In Time Critical the starting point is not the mode of transport but the deadline. When a production line is down, an aircraft is on the ground or a medical procedure depends on a component, the cost of a delay far exceeds the cost of the shipment. That is why the VECTUM Control Tower does not start from a price list: it starts from one question — when must it arrive — and works backwards to the solution that meets that date and time.
There are four solutions and the choice depends on weight, dimensions, distance and time. With On Board Courier, a courier hand-carries small packages on the first available flight, with no cargo cut-off or warehouses. With Next Flight Out, goods beyond hand-carry limits travel as cargo on the first available departure, on scheduled or cargo carriers. With Dedicated Road Express, a dedicated vehicle covers by road, on compatible routes, the distances that do not justify a flight. With charter, dedicated capacity is organised when volumes or times exceed scheduled capacity.
Often the best solution is a combination: a dedicated vehicle to the airport, the first available flight, final delivery with vehicles from our fleet or qualified partners. Every mission starts with the requested deadline, verified feasibility and an agreed operating plan, and is followed milestone by milestone until the POD is signed. If a flight is cancelled, we assess the alternatives straight away based on availability and the update comes from us.

What is express air freight?
It is priority air shipping on the next available flight with accelerated handling at departure and arrival. When express is not enough, we move to on board courier or charter.
Do you handle urgent special cargo transportation?
Yes: dangerous goods (DG), temperature-controlled, out-of-gauge and high-value cargo, with documentation and dedicated vehicles even in emergencies.
