We start from the territories, sites, volumes and standards required and monitor the service with KPIs and periodic reviews. We do not simply offer vehicles and drivers: we take charge of a distribution operation, with a single contact.
The service
A continuous service, a dedicated organisation
Since 2021 we have been running high-volume distribution operations, with about 200 directly managed vehicles and over 170 employees. With Contract Distribution we put the same organisation at the service of your daily distribution: a fleet adjusted to volumes, expanded during peak periods and adapted to operating needs throughout the year.
The service is designed for companies with continuous flows: B2B deliveries to sales networks, plants and hubs, e-commerce distribution to the final recipient, multi-site operations. We do not rent vehicles with a driver: we take charge of the operation. We analyse volumes, areas served and delivery windows, size the fleet, drivers and rounds, start the service and follow it every day, monitoring KPIs through the client's systems, with operational coordination and periodic review of results.
An unlimited third-party haulage licence and a fleet and organisation sized to the volumes and needs of the service let us follow your growth, in Italy and Europe, including seasonal peaks. Where specialist capacity is needed we work with qualified partners, always under the coordination of the Control Tower. And when distribution requires warehousing or customs, we integrate them into the same flow, with the same contact.
The result is a single responsibility: one contact accountable for the service as a whole — punctuality, deliveries, returns and reporting — instead of a set of providers to coordinate.

Do you work with direct vehicles or with partners?
